Houston's annual Columbian Festival is taking place July 19 at down town's City Hall. Presale tickets are $10.00, but if you're a rebel and want to get your tickets at the door expect to pay $5.00 more. Kids 10 and under get in free. Needless to say the sun will be scorching hot so coat yourself with sunscreen, sneak in plenty of water bottles, and enjoy the scene of great Columbian music, food, and arts/crafts. Festival hours are from 12pm-10pm
